Our Appointment and Office Policies
At National Spine & Wellness, as a Downtown Calgary Health & Wellness Clinic, we believe that clarity and good communication at your next appointment is the key to a good and respectful relationship. To ensure your next clinic appointment is as pleasant and predictable as possible, we would like to give you an overview of our office policies. It is your responsibility to know the parameters of your coverage, such as annual maximums, frequencies, renewal dates, and any other limitations. We also extend the option of direct billing (also called assignment) for special considerations. However, a valid credit card must be on file, and your insurance company must accept this service.
Upcoming Appointment Reminders
Please understand that it is your responsibility to keep track of your upcoming appointment. As a courtesy, we provide confirmation calls, emails, or text messages two days before scheduled appointments. Although we will make every effort to contact you before any appointment, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that you will be at your appointment unless other arrangements have been made in advance with our office.
We require 24-hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
A valid credit card on file is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. If adequate notice is not provided for a cancelled or rescheduled appointment, you may be billed the full cost of the appointment.
You will receive an appointment confirmation email at the time of booking and a reminder email 2 days prior to your appointment.
