Back 2 Balance

Core stability solutions

The Back 2 Balance program is a comprehensive approach that you can easily learn to improve your core strength and free yourself from your back pain.

We know from research studies that maintaining flexibility and strength are two vital components for health and longevity. The aim of core stability training is to effectively recruit the musculature of the trunk and then learn to control the position of the lumbar spine during dynamic movements. While many people believe they must do a particular set of exercises to reduce their back pain, one of the most important things to pay attention to in a comprehensive core conditioning program is avoiding unnecessary stress and strain on the low back.

Things to Know About Core

  • The body’s “core” muscles are the foundation for all other movement. The muscles of the torso stabilize the spine and provide a solid foundation for movement in the extremities.
  • Core strength and stability means your trunk muscles can provide proper support for your back to prevent back pain
  • Core strength and stability forms the foundation of any proper exercise and fitness regime (program).
  • Core stability training is essential to sports performance and injury prevention.
  • “If your core’s not strong, you won’t last long”

Improving and maintaining your core strength is key to gaining control over your back pain.
