Rob moved from Vancouver to Calgary in 2002, one year after finishing his Physiotherapy training at the University of Toronto. Rob is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manual Therapists (FCAMT). He incorporates patient education, exercise prescription, manual therapy techniques, McKenzie exercises, Gunn IMS and traditional acupuncture in his treatments.
Prior to joining the team at NSC, Rob worked for several years at the University of Calgary Sport Medicine center, where he gained considerable experience with spinal and peripheral joint injuries, especially knees and shoulders.
Rob is an avid recreational cyclist (mountain and road) and enjoys downhill skiing in the winter. He recently attended the level 1 and 2 FitforeGolf Physiotherpy courses to learn the specifics of golf-related injury rehabilitation.
